Abstract:	企業資源規劃(ERP)系統是一套可以整合資源的最佳化資訊管理系統，主要功能是將企業所需要的資源進行有效的整合與規劃，以提昇企業的經營績效。近年來，許多研究者積極探討ERP 的導入手法、關鍵成功因素及績效評估之相關研究，然而，卻少有實證研究，驗證導入ERP 的過程及導入後的經營績效。本研究試圖探討企業導入ERP 的過程，並運用財務五力分析及SN 比客觀的衡量導入後的經營績效，最後，選擇位於彰化順德工業股份有限公司作為個案研究，解析該企業如何在最短時間內成功導入ERP 系統及經營績效的提昇。
