    Abstract: 量測系統分析(Measurement System Analysis,MSA)結合了重複性與再現性變異的估計值,主要可以用實驗設計來分析,並以所得的數據分析量測人員、量測設備、或零件本身之變異,再依此改善量測系統能力。不論是QS9000或ISO/TS16949在MSA中的量具皆有接受性準則,ISO/TS16949中MSA的量具分辨力接受性準則,就是區別分類數值(Number of Distinct Categories,NDC),然而這樣的接受性準則是美國三大車廠依過去經驗所訂定,但並未探討與製程能力之間的關係,本研究利用製程能力指標Cpm來建立NDC接受準則以制定適當的範圍,如果NDC不在接受範圍內,則須先將量測系統修正為可接受的範圍;如果NDC在接受範圍內,可從製程上著手改善使製程能力提高。最後以實際案例來說明其分析過程。
