    Abstract: 製程能力指標是用來評估製程能力是否達到顧客的需求,而製程良率亦常被做為評估製程能力之標準。一般在建構製程能力指標時,均假設製程母體的分配為常態,Boyles【4】提出了Spk指標,並指出Spk和製程良率間有一對一的函數關係。但實際上的製程有許多為非常態的情形,若還是以常態的狀況來評估其製程能力,將會導致誤判的現象發生。Chen【8】提出一般化的製程能力指標 、 和 ,且李旺達【1】利用Burr分配找出其估計式,以均方差來評估其估計式,但點估計在抽樣時常會有誤差的情形發生。所以,本文將找出其區間估計,而且利用複式抽樣方法來計算SB、PB、BCPB及BCa四種複式信賴下限,並藉著涵蓋率來評估此四種區間估計方法的正確性。最後,藉著一汽車零組件加工廠實例來加以說明如何評估製程能力好壞的步驟。
