    Abstract: 因為隨著資訊與科技的進步,供應鏈管理的效率變成極為重要,而物流中心是供應鏈管理中很重要的環節,商品之配銷過程,物流中心位址或收貨集散轉運站在物流中心扮演集中分配的角色,對供應鏈之效益影響至鉅。
    迎接RFID-enabled供應鏈及時動態資訊時代來臨,現今客戶訂單需求量將為動態化,因導入RFID系統,產品銷售訊息即時獲得,再參考補貨政策(Replenishment Policy),檢視庫存量與再訂購點,決定採購訂單需求,於適當決策時間點,啟用多重期間少量轉運站位址決策問題模式,決定上游各供應點分配量(Demand Allocations),選擇運至多個轉運站互轉,再送至需求點,以最適化成本及時滿足客戶需求(Order Fulfillment),為二十一世紀HLP模式應用在RFID-enabled供應鏈配送決策之最佳實務。本研究發展Conceptual Non-RFID HLP Model與Conceptual RFID-based HLP Model,以五十二週為考量下,以存補貨政策(s,S)從零售商發出需求給供應商,做每週、每季、每月、ㄧ年週期性的補貨,不同服務水準下兩模式效益成本分析。
