    Abstract: 本研究以生產TFT-LCD產品之A公司全球運籌供應鏈為例,主要以存貨總成本、存貨週轉率、長鞭效應三項衡量指標,在模擬的環境中進行供應鏈存貨模型之比較與分析,並說明供應鏈整體效益與RFID技術之效力。依田口實驗結果發現,以整合ARIMA預測方法與(s,Q)存補貨政策且使用RFID之供應鏈R-SCIARIMA模型,在存貨總成本方面比SCIARIMA模型降低了35.427%;存貨週轉率方面則提高了61.356%。R-SCIARIMA與R-SCI比較,在存貨總成本方面降低了13.082%,存貨週轉率方面則提昇了11.077%,顯示ARIMA需求預測模式之效益,在RFID配合下更有效提昇預測之效率。長鞭效益評估方面, 模組針對A公司能有最佳的改善效益,有效降低長鞭效應問題。
