    Abstract: 目前中小尺寸顯示器以LED背光模組為主,LED通常置於導光板側邊,採用數個LED光源,由於LED所放射的光線有一定的擴散角度,使得導光板入光側容易產生光場明暗不均、出光效率降低。在背光模組設計上,工程師都是以經驗法則來修正模擬參數,找出最佳化的導光板結構與條件。本研究針對導光板入光側之結構,發展LED光線經由入光側V-cut結構折射,在導光板入光處的光跡落點分佈之數學模式,再由光學模擬軟體SPEOS模擬作驗證。由數學計算與模擬的結果來比較,在導光板入光處LED中心與LED之間邊界的分析範圍中,當入光V-cut角度為60°,LED入光有較佳的均勻度;而當V-cu角度為80°左右,在兩顆LED光源邊界線有較佳的均勻度,且可以縮短暗帶區範圍。由研究結果顯示數學模式可預估出較佳照度均勻度之V-cut結構角度範圍,可幫助縮短導光板入光側設計上模擬分析的時間。
