    Title: 射出成形製程參數對光學鏡片光學性質之影響

    Abstract: 近年來,由於人類生活水準提高,光學產品普及化,對光學產品的品質要求日益提高,光學元件自身的品質往往決定了產品的好壞。本研究主要探討光學鏡片在不同射出成形製程參數下,是否對光學鏡片表面輪廓精度與光學性質造成差異。實驗中以田口式方法作為實驗規劃,利用雷射干涉儀進行表面輪廓精度量測,藉由干涉檢驗的概念以Zernike多項式對射出鏡片表面光學性質進行分析,將所測得結果以田口直觀方式找出最佳參數組合,並藉由變異數分析找出影響顯著因子。以PMMA為實驗材料,實驗結果顯示影響表面輪廓精度最顯著因子為模具溫度,其次為保壓壓力及保壓切換位置;影響球差最顯著因子依序為射出壓力、保壓壓力、保壓切換、射膠溫度及冷卻時間;而影響彗差及像散最顯著因子則分別為模具溫度及射出壓力。而對於照度而言,製程參數對鏡片照度幾乎沒有影響。最後藉由田口實驗歸納出最佳參數組合,進行驗證實驗,以檢驗實驗的準確性。
