Abstract:	非接觸無線射頻(RF)卡識別技術本身的守密性好，難以偽造。同時省去刷卡過程，提升識別速度。並可為整合系統的通訊介面(Internet)、通訊編解碼、線上即時檢測資料、資料庫的連結、影像截取、感測訊號、及控制訊號的擷取、發送整合，並完成遠端即時監控的功能。本文藉由硬體AWID MPR-3014閱讀器與植基於LabVIEW架構之軟體建構人員識別管理系統完成基本資料、聲音及外觀上的多方面資料建立，達到人員身份辨別的能力。
