    Abstract: 本論文探討線型永磁式同步伺服馬達自動參數量測系統之研製。其是在向量控制架構下,針對線型永磁式同步伺服馬達研製機械與電氣參數之自動量測技術。其中馬達電氣參數的量測是根據控制器輸出的誤差值,由Walsh級數的一階係數反覆計算取得,至於馬達機械參數是透過馬達自由行進數據運算得之。隨後控制器參數的設計則是根據已鑑定的馬達參數經由根軌跡法與極點安置法求得。本論文並發展一實驗用運動控制系統,以測試所提之自動量測系統的正確性,由模擬與實驗結果證實所提向量控制線型永磁式同步伺服馬達自動參數量測系統的正確性。
