    Abstract: 傳統光學鏡片的光學鏡片製造,球面玻璃鏡片的製程研磨技術發展至今已臻成熟,然非球面之玻璃光學鏡片的製造,仍多以CNC研磨,更精密者或尺寸較大者以人工研磨,前者設備以索費不低;後者加工過程均耗時費工,且品質不易控制。本文提出新式研磨方式來研磨非球面鏡,採用一球面治具貼附一非等厚度之研磨墊來研磨非球面鏡,使大量生產之非球面鏡達到省成本,品質易控管,快速生產之目的。
