    Abstract: 在幾種輕元素中,鋰元素是唯一可溶於鋁合金中並穫得減輕重量之金屬。鋁鋰合金(Aluminum-Lithium Alloy)的性質較傳統的鋁合金擁有低密度、高強度、高剛性、高抗疲勞性之優點,為近年來除複合材料外亦較熱門之航空材料,1982年已有商業化產品問世,且引起全世界航空製造界的重視。而目前鋁鋰合金之成型技術及製程可分擠型(Extrusion)、機製加工、熱處理、鑄造、鍛造(Forging)、銲接、滾壓(Rolling)、化學蝕刻、表面處理、超塑成型(Superplastic forming)等方式,本文乃針對鋁鋰合金的擠製成型加工的方式及特性作一深入探討,希望能提供讀者對鋁鋰合金擠型製程有一概略性的瞭解,並能在機構零件設計時應用參考。
