ISO-9000為一系列的品質保證標準，因其內容易有周全性、系統系等優點，目前已被歐美、日等九十多國採用，並納為國家標準。隨著歐市的政經統合，ISO-9000成為單一歐市的共同品質保證標準，其重要性益發顯著。惟目前企業界於推動ISO-9000時普遍面臨之問題為如何進行該制度之有關內部稽核一項，同時企業界也受限於專業人才及經費之限制。
本研究嘗試導入專家系統(Expert System)稽核模式，針對ISO-9000內部稽核重點，其中包括作業程序、內部控制措施、各種政策計畫執行與評估等項目之稽核程序，轉換成對應之查檢表(Check list)，以建立專家系統之知識庫。並將知識庫內之限制條件與推理法則透過推理機(Inference Engine)的運算直接產生稽核報告，以協助企業推動ISO-9000之內部稽核診斷，使企業能更正確有效地進行稽核工作，進而更穩健的落實ISO-9000的推動。
本研究並將實際以製造業為例，以ISO-9000之品質保證標準來建立一套ISO-9000內部稽核專家系統。
ISO-9000 ane a series of quality assurance standards which have been intro-duced by many countries.
After the integration of economy and politics in the Europe,ISO-9000 have become one of the quality assurances standards permitted by the Europe an market.Therefore ISO-9000 are more and more important for the enterprises in Taiwan to extend their overseas business especially in the Europe.
This research tried to construct an ISO-9000 audit expert system which can audit business activities such as task procedures, internal-control methods,plan execution,and plan evaluation.The audit procedures are transformed into “check lists “derived from knowledge base.By using of inference engine, the expert system can generate audit reports directly.
This will help the users proceed the audit task based on ISO-9000 more robustly and more correctly,and hence,promote their quality assurance abilities and competitive abilities.
