    Abstract: 本研究係探討A1-4.2Wt%Cu合金含1,2,3,和4Wt%之0.3μmA12O3(p)金屬基複合材料和母材本身於33℃至480℃作用溫度範圍之高溫拉伸行為。發現拉伸性質之轉換溫度約180℃,亦即降伏強度。抗拉強度及伸長率在作用溫度低於此轉換溫度時,變化不大;若超過此溫度,則降伏強度及抗拉強度會隨作用溫度升高而下降。至480℃時所有材料具有同樣強度;伸長率則隨作用溫度升高而上升。另外,這些拉伸性質在此作用溫度範圍內均優於母材且隨A12O3顆粒含量增加而上升。這些複合材料之破壞顯微結構均隨作用溫度不同而改變,其中破壞啊之游渦區域,隨作用溫度及A12O3顆粒含量增加而變加。
