    Abstract: 本文考慮單自由度之彈性結構，阻尼比分別為2、5、10百分比，週期在0.1～1秒間，選擇台灣地區現有強震外力作用，計算結構反應之歷時曲線，並以雨滴流向法(Rainflow Method)計算反應之圈數及其區間之應力範圍。引用最概似法(Maximum Likelyhood Method)統計分析以決定可能之各種近似分佈曲線之參數，並以X2─檢驗法以決定應力範圍之最佳分佈曲線；結果發現結構物受地震作用之反應分佈並非完全近似高斯常態分佈，應力區間分怖則較似雷氏(Rayleigh)分佈及指數(Exponential)分佈。
