配位劑N,N’一二丙醯胺基乙二胺(BCEN)及N,N’一二丙醯胺基丙二胺(BCTN)與金屬離子Ni2+,Co2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+在水溶液中不同酸度下分別作電位滴定及光譜測定,以了解其錯合反應。配位劑BCEN在25。C,0.2M NaNo3水溶液中,測得的第一及第二質子平衡常數分別為108.81與105-84;而BCTN測得的第一及第二質子平衡常數則為109.29與107.06。在配位劑與金屬離子錯合反應中,發現BCEN與Ni2+在不同酸度的水溶液中可進行鍵互換現象,從Ni─O轉變為Ni─N,但BCTN與Ni2+則無此現象。至於Co2+,Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+等離子與BCEN,BCTN錯合的穩定性小,亦無鍵互換現象。由此可探討鍵互換與錯合穩定度之關係。
The interactions of the ligands BCEN and BCTN with nickel (II), cobalt (II), Zinc (II), cadmium (II) and mercury (II) in aqueous solution have been investigated by potentiometric and Spectrophotometric techniques. The two protonation Constants of the igands BCEN and BCTN at 25。C in 0.2M NaNo3 are 108.81, 105.84 and 109.29, 107.06 respectivey. The quantitative equilibrium Studies of the Stepwise reactions which precede the formation of NiBCEN2+ and the Ni-0 to Ni-N bond rearrangements at the two amide sites are described in detail, but the nicke (II) Complexes of BCTN in aqueus solution have no bond rearrangements. The compexes of Co2+, Zn2+,Cd2+,Hg2+ with BCEN and BCTN in aqueous solution have no bond rearrangements too. The Study is to investigate the relationship between bond rearrangements and the stability of Complexes.
