    Abstract: 冷凍，空調系統設備中，管路系統之清淨程度，直接影響到此設備之冷凍效果之發揮及維護保護費用之高低，甚至關係到使用年限之長短，故本文從管路系統中可能造成不清淨之來源、不良影響及解決方法，並加以檢驗系統，使整個系統設備，能達到所需之標準值，而使系統設備能發揮應有之功能並延長使用年限。
    　　為了敘述之方便，本文分成五個章節分別予以討論，而每一章節中皆有其敘述之重點。第一章為緒論，說明真空度與冷凍系統之關係，第二章為管路系統清淨度之分析及解決方法，第三章為真空泵之選擇，為第四章為真空程度之量測及水分之檢知，第五章為結論。
