    Abstract: 本文考慮本校建教合作現況與實際執行的困難，經過不斷討論與修正，設計相關問卷題目，研究工具為spss統計分析軟體。由問卷調查結果得知教師對行政支援人員目前酬勞分配(問題九)最不同意，而在執行建教合作經費結報支援配合(問題十三)次之。而最同意者為建教合作個案積極參與有助於研究計劃的申請(問題四)。針對調查結果，我們提出了三方面建議(建教合作制度、行政業務配合及其他一般建議)，本文結果可做為未來技合處規劃建教合作參考。
