    Abstract: 本論文旨在研究閘控相移器 ( thyristor-controlled phase shifter, 簡稱 TCPS)在多機組電力系統暫態穩定度控制之應用，由於多機組電力系統之數學模型為高維非線性動態系統，且實際電力系統具參數不確定之特性。因此，本研究設計了一個自我組織類神經模糊控制器發展閘控相移器之控制系統，由於模糊類神經控制器具自我學習和強健之特性，符合實際多機組電力系統控制之需求。最後，本文以台電系統為模擬之對象，測試結果獲致令人滿意的控制效果。
