    Abstract: 本研究旨在利用類神經網路建模估測風力系統在任一場址和時段下之發電量。首先,利用風力發電系統實測資料,使用MATLAB 6.0版所提供的nntool介面建立類神經網路模型。利用網路模型估測出之功率與實際測得的功率比較。藉由比較後的誤差,來調整網路的架構和參數,直至收斂為止。如此可利用所建立之模型準確估測出風力發電機在任一場址的發電量,進而做為風力發電系統發電成本及經濟效益的評估。
