    Abstract: 有限元素法是目前解決電磁分佈邊界值問題之強而有力的工具之一,它適合解決當今工程電磁問題的需求,並已獲得了廣泛的應用。本文主要利用三維有限元素法(Finite Element Method,FEM),做電磁爐(Induction Cooker)磁路之分析,並研討電磁爐之動作原理及設計新型的電磁線圈,以降低電磁爐之電磁輻射。首先,研討市售電磁爐之加熱原理及特性,利用Ansoft公司所提供的Maxwell 3D軟體,以不同形狀之電磁爐鐵心構造,做三維非線性靜磁場(Nonlinear Magnetostatic)有限單元分析來進行電磁爐之電磁場分析,並利用模擬軟體進行電磁爐之磁路改良與設計,開發兩種高效能和低輻射的新型電磁爐。軟體模擬結果顯示,本文所設計之兩種電磁爐,其性能優於市售電磁爐。
