    Abstract: 學校體育課的教學品質將影響學生日後休閒活動的培養，因此在其教學品質的重要性是不容忽視的。為追求更高的教學品質，因此本文將以六標準差的手法為工具，來針對體育課程的教學品質和上課環境進行改善，並定義出一套衡量的標準，透過績效評估矩陣，根據各個項目的問題點，來加以改善，進而提高學生對於體育教學品質和上課環境的重視度與滿意度，以奠定學生培養日後休閒活動的基礎。
