    Abstract: 大專院校教師平常除有教學工作需做外，還需從事研究工作，因此精神壓力上十分沉重，而如何調整自己的壓力是一個非常重要的議題，本研究以國立勤益科技大學爲例，欲了解目前本校教師從事休閒運動的現況，並分析從事休閒運動的頻率與較喜愛的休閒運動種類，以提供日後學校要提升教師從事休閒運動頻率的參考。
