    Title: 熱電式生醫用多功能溫度保存袋系統之性能測試與改善

    Abstract: 熱電式冷卻\加熱器因具有冷熱切換容易,且可攜帶性體積輕巧、環保等特點,適合於對溫度極敏感之血液產品保溫及運送之用。在熱電式生醫用多功能溫度保存袋系統,性能測試實驗證明,袋內溫度(Tr)則可達到-4.7℃,達到WHO血液儲存規範所需溫度,快速將血液冷藏至規範所要求的溫度。在熱電晶片選用部份,搭配熱電晶片模擬軟體,選出最佳晶片,模擬出系統性能參數,配合實際實驗性能測試,進行相關驗證。其次將原本袋內保溫棉隔熱材更換為保麗龍板,實驗得知袋內溫度從只能降到22℃變成能降至19℃;在改善散熱器部份,袋內溫度能降至-3℃;在更換熱電晶片部份,將原本的DRIFT-0.8 變更為FROST-74,其袋內溫度降至-15℃。溫度感測器校正,分別將感測器置放於出風口、被控物旁與模擬環境中,比較感溫器放置在三種位置,結果放置於模擬環境中,不僅可正確的達到目標溫度(Ts),也比放置在其他位子更能快速的降低至指定目標溫度。
