    Abstract: 近年來網路頻寬與設備成本急速下降,寬頻普及度逐年成長,使得全球寬頻用戶數大幅提升,隨著網際網路之發展成熟,上網人口急遽增加,進而帶動網路廣告的發展。身為網路大國的台灣,根據資策會FIND「我國網際網路用戶數調查」所估算的統計資料指出,在2009年6月底止,我國經常上網人口達1,060萬人,網際網路連網應用普及率為46%。
