    Title: CFD應用於輪胎流場之模擬分析

    Abstract: 本研究為利用計算流體力學(Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD)軟體之商業套裝軟體Fluent,對一般車輛輪胎進行單體於不同轉速時的接地流場模擬。輪胎模型為3D擬真胎紋型式,使用前處理軟體Gambit建置網格,在Fluent中的計算求解器使用RNG k-ε紊流方程式。由計算結果可看出輪胎流場於接地時,其入風口與出風口分別產生不同的壓力變化,當轉速變高則所造成的變化更明顯,而胎紋溝槽對壓力變化亦有所影響。本研究以Fluent模擬對輪胎接地流場的探討,可應用於輪胎廠在進行輪胎設計與改良時,以數值模擬代替輪胎實體測試方式,有效減少其生產成本。
