    Title: 射頻濺鍍製備太陽能電池緩衝層ZnS薄膜成長與性質研究

    Abstract: 對CIGS薄膜太陽能電池,薄膜材料本身的特性影響著電池元件的效率,藉由緩衝層材料品質的改善,有助於效率的提升,本實驗採用硫化鋅陶瓷靶(純度99.99%),以射頻磁控反應濺鍍沉積硫化鋅薄膜,藉以增加能隙寬度,晶粒結構緻密的薄膜,同時也探討濺鍍硫化鋅對於CIGS吸收層接面的影響。實驗結果以XRD分析,發現硫化鋅薄膜結構為六方晶纖維鋅礦(Wurtzite),其薄膜成長優選方向(002)面為主,以掃瞄電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀測發現,薄膜由近似圓柱結構所組成,以紫外光/可見光分光光譜儀系統量測,光穿透率皆有在80%以上。經由薄膜光學能隙分析為3.9eV。
