Abstract:	本文研究分析對象為綜合醫院之急性重症醫院院區、及慢性病患醫院兩院區的熱水系統，急性重症病患醫院區以熱泵熱水系統取代舊有鍋爐系統，改良後得到78.84％能量節約率；慢性病患醫院院區以熱泵熱水系統取代舊有鍋爐系統，改良後得到78.22％能量節約率。根據此二種醫院在熱水供應需求程度快慢上的不同及用水量方面不同，執行不同之節能方式；此二種醫院基於每噸水所耗電量來計算，慢性輕症病患醫院熱水系統採用無迴水系統架構下，系統能源消耗量約為急性重症病患醫院有迴水系統之52.8%，因此慢性病患醫院無迴水系統減少47.2%之電力能源損失。
