    Abstract: 本論文概述第三代行動通訊 (Third Generation, 3G)系統，且列出現今行動通訊之規範及目前基地臺訊號的量測及分析方法，並說明量測之儀器、方式及分析方法。 實際量測項目包括 (1) RSCP: (Received Signal Code Power)接收信號碼功率, (2) Ec/Io: 所接收信號和鄰區干擾的比值。為明確顯示基地臺涵蓋範圍差異，本論文使用實際路測資料套上電子地圖呈現新基站開臺(On Air)前後之比較，以驗證量測數據之正確性。
