    Abstract: 本論文提出一個新型的雙濾波電感之降壓型DC-DC轉換器,以降低轉換器操作於輕載時的功率損失。此轉換器操作在不連續導通模式(Discontinuous Conduction Mode),以脈衝頻率調變(Pulse Frequency Modulation)技術作為控制方式。本電路藉由電流檢測電路以及取樣(Sample and Hold)電路之訊號,來選擇所要切換的電感值。經HSPICE電路軟體模擬,此轉換器與單濾波電感型之降壓型DC-DC轉換器做比較,可有效降低功率損失,改善在輕載時所造成的能耗。此外,本論文採用閒置控制電路(Dead Time Buffer)的延遲時間來當作取樣電路的控制信號,可達到此控制信號能夠與電感電流檢測電路的感應電壓之最大峰值電壓作取樣。本電路採用台積電CMOS 0.35 微米製程,經由HSPICE 電路模擬軟體,成功整合為一具雙濾波電感切換功能之降壓型DC-DC轉換器。
