Abstract:	本研究發展出DMAIC PLUS (DMAIC+)，以做為DMAIC概念的改善手法。於流程改善過程中，使DMAIC遇到突發狀況時仍能發揮其效果。我們以水資源淨化處理案例來說明在DMAIC+的功能，當淨水處理過程中遇到高濁度水源突發狀況時，加入PLUS概念，以透過PDCA的小循環手法解決問題，達到安全飲用水質標準。在個案探討中，以DMAIC+手法所提出的檢討建議，做為改善依據，可以不斷持續追蹤流程進度，並隨時掌握情況，使整個流程運作更順暢，並得到預期綜效。
