    Abstract: 為因應全球管制溫室氣體排放趨勢,及仰賴化石能源的情勢,因此全球各先進國家積極推動新的潔淨再生能源,已減少溫室氣體排放、煤礦、石油、天然氣等資源消耗。近年能危機逐漸顯露,風力發電再度受到全球各國重視,因其特性蘊藏量巨大,可再生無汙染、發電設施針對地形地貌設置合適風機可降低陸地生態環境之破壞,且有風便可發電之便利性,是最具經濟效益與發展潛力的再生能源。風力發電最主要限制為供電的穩定性,為改善此限制需將風力發電廣泛分布並設置在不同地區,但隨著陸域之優良風場開發逐漸減少,因此在設置風場前仍有許多不確定因素存在,故須謹慎評估其經濟效益。本研究建構多準則風機位址分析系統,提供多準則決策方法AHP、TOPSIS、ELECTRE法,以輔助決策者評估風場位址方案之優缺。
