    Title: 雙軸液靜壓車床之精度與加工特性

    Abstract: 本研究探討自行研製之雙軸CNC液靜壓車床之線性精度與加工特性,並與Moore超精密車床之加工結果比較。此車床之導軌係使用對稱封閉式液靜壓滑軌,油壓供應系統係使用伺服馬達泵浦附蓄壓器以穩定供油壓力,並以線性馬達驅動平台。由精度量測結果顯示X軸雙向定位精度為0.644µm,重複精度為1.28µm,水平直度為19.81µm,垂直直度為4.5µm;Z軸雙向定位精度為0.522µm,重複精度為1.68µm,水平直度為5.26µm,垂直直度為6.18µm。另外,針對鋁合金材料進行切削試驗。由實驗結果可得平面試件之輪廓精度為0.283μm、表面粗糙度為Ra 0.0281μm;球面試件之輪廓精度為0.178μm、表面粗糙度為Ra 0.0255μm,由此可知,此車床已可達到次微米的加工精度。與Moore超精密車床之結果比較,加工精度與粗糙度皆較差,其原因是零件製造誤差與使用滾珠軸承之主軸所致。
