摘要: With recent developments of nano materials, CNT (carbon nanotube) has very good photoelectric and photochemical characteristics and a high optical refractive rate (1.96∼2.1). The decisive point of the further development of nano materials lies in the creation of nanoscale devices. Zinc oxide, at the wavelength range of 200∼400 nm, has optical penetration and displays high acousto-optic, electrooptic, and non-linear optical coefficient properties. The zinc oxide nanowire is a semiconductor with a direct energy gap (3.37 ev), which an be applied in nanometer lasers, laser diodes, LED, ultraviolet lasers, photocatalyst, LED, color LED light panel, and the optical probe of an atomic force microscope. The Taguchi method is a very important quality improvement method aiming to reduce cost and gain profit. Hence, this study applies the Taguchi method to improve the catalyst-free nano zinc oxide process, expecting to determine the optimized nanowire diameter value from experimental combinations in order to enhance yield and improve product quality and provide a reference to relevant industries in the promotion of quality improvement.
