摘要:
Bicycle riding has become a popular and environmental protection sport. In connection with bicycle riders, this paper develops a novel mobile computing platform on smart phones, making usage of both the given hardware and software. In this work a specific stopwatch for bicycle riders, which provided the following personal extra capabilities, i.e., (1) path planning with multi-relay points, (2) computing and displaying the corresponding slope within path planning, (3) speed statistics, (4) distance statistics, (5) path recording and sharing, (6) calorie consumption calculation, and (7) carbon emission reductions calculation, is proposed. Among it, the functionality of slope estimation combines the smart phone's gravity data with a neural fuzzy network and online learning algorithm. In addition, a wheel-frame displaying device is developed. The bicycle riders can display their own fully customized patterns and texts. © 2013 ISSN 2185-2766. (6 refs)
