摘要:
This paper presents a self-organizing fuzzy cerebellar model articulation controller (FCMAC) model for classification tasks. A non-constant differentiable Gaussian basis function is applied to model the hypercube structure and the corresponding fuzzy weights, while an on-line learning algorithm is proposed for the automatic construction of the proposed model during the learning procedure. The self-constructing input space partition is based on the degree measure to appropriately determine the various distributions of the input training data. A gradient descent learning algorithm is used to adjust the free parameters. Experimental results indicate that, compared with other methods, the proposed model (1) requires much fewer computing memory, (2) has higher averaged recognition performance, and (3) is able to select the memory structure parameters automatically. © 2011.
