    Abstract: 服務業的排班方式大多是經由手工排班,耗時費力,往往都是依資深員工優先安排再排其他員工。本文探討之個案公司客服部也有同樣缺憾。由於人員需輪換工作崗位而人工排班無法滿足所有員工需求,因而導致工作效率不佳,無法適才適所。本文擬訂之排班原則依據個案公司客服部之人力需求與員工意願,研擬二階段排班模式,首先採用層級分析法評估員工對於各工作崗位的喜好程度,再進入階段Ⅰ應用整數規劃,使排班更加公正客觀建立較佳的工作崗位輪調;階段Ⅱ產生各日出勤的工作時數,分別排了七日與十四的班表,研究結果發現能讓員工依據工作崗位喜好輪調於工作崗位,同時出勤時數也符合顧主的最大需求。
