    Title: 外氣空調箱冰水盤管串接節能分析

    Abstract: 本文針對某既設的光電半導體廠的單溫冰水MAU 系統，將原來分別以8℃冰水冷卻的MAU 預冷
    冰水盤管與冷卻冰水盤管，改以將前後兩道冰水盤管以串接方式連接，冰水機的8℃冰水先經過空調
    箱中後段的冷卻盤管，冷卻空氣升溫後，並不直接回水至冰水系統，而再串連經過前段的預冷盤管。
    這種串聯冰水盤管的方法，可降低8℃冰水的用量，並將冰水回水溫度由17℃提高到20.5℃。經計算
    8℃冰水用量可由原來1800CMH 減少為1447CMH，估計該冰水系統可節省13.9kW 的電費。
